You must be at least 18 and the legal parent or guardian of any child you monitor. By installing the companion app on a child's device you confirm you have the legal right to do so.

KidsHalo is intended for parental monitoring of your own minor children. It is not a tool for stalking a partner, surveilling employees, or any other use. We will terminate accounts that abuse the service and may notify authorities where required.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages happen.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from Settings; you keep access through the paid period. 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase.

AI safety classifications are best-effort. They will miss things and they will misclassify things. They are a supplement to — not a replacement for — talking to your kids.

You own your family's data. We have a limited license to process it to run the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is purged within 30 days unless required to be retained by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsHalo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
